In addition, under CSF, Fitz has accepted special assignments whereby she was placed as an "interim" president/CEO in instances where the organization was in need of a turn-around. Through organizational analysis, curriculum development and solution design, she helped organizations achieve excellence, stay strategically focused and beat out the competition.
•Special Assignment, Monterey Management S.A., Fitz worked offshore in Costa Rica on a three year assignment overseeing several companies to implement a situation assessment, emergency management and delivering and implementing a comprehensive turnaround program.
• Vice President and principal owner, Fast Track Publishing Co. Directed and produced audio programs and managed national marketing efforts for The Fast Track™ ---The Best Business Books Summarized On Tape audio program.
