Background Information: John Christie specializes in providing intelligent, actionable nutrition and fitness programs to enhance the lives of his clients. John’s programs help clients to shed body fat, build lean muscle, improve efficiency of movements, and enhance performance in sport and life. He has helped clients set personal records for weight loss, compete in half-marathons, and regain pain-free mobility. John has been changing the lives of his clients since 2004 and just as his clients’ abilities have improved over the years, he continues to improve his coaching methods to help clients reach and exceed their goals more effectively than before. Aside from coaching and training clients, John is a professor of nutrition at Iowa Western Community College. This experience has allowed him to refine his coaching methods, as well as to reach out to the younger generations of nutrition professionals. Credentials: - Graduate of University of Nebraska – Dietetics and Nutrition Sciences. - Registered Dietitian - Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics - Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist - First Aid, CPR/AED certified - 6+ years experience improving the lives of individuals through fitness and nutrition coaching.
